Yeah, the fun never stops. San Diego was a mess of amazing. And though we only did so-so financially, it was a huge win personally and professionally. We were glad to have been able to go, and hope some day to go again.
But there's no time for sleep! Or rest! Or... anything, really! We just got back from SD yesterday, and this afternoon we're on the road again. This time, we're heading to one of our favorite shows of the year: The Almighty Otakon! We'll be in Artist Alley as usual, but THIS year you can see something new and sweet-tastic:
and I are hosting a panel! Seriously! It's a workshop on how to create comics and self-publish, going through our whole process. You can see how two people with a dream and lots of elbow-grease created and released two different comic series' all on their own. We want YOU to be able to do it too!
So come to the Creating Comics panel on Friday and we'll tell you all our secrets. We've been through the trenches for the last three years, so we've got plenty of stories to tell. Then afterward, find us in Artist Alley and check out Rainbow in the Dark. It's awesome. Seriously.
See you in Baltimore!
