I have to ask the question - how dim do you have to be to fall for it?
Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Anime Central-- Awaaaaayyyy!

This weekend is the awesome Anime Central con, and :iconcomfortlove: and I will be there all three days. We'll be selling comics, selling prints, and doing sketches the whole time. So if you're in the Chicago area and want to have a good time, check out ACen and look for us in Artist Alley.

Seriously, we love this show. It was the first Anime con we ever did, and we had such an incredibly fun time last year that we've been looking forward to it ever since. We hope this year can be as good.

Glad you guys are doing a variety of cons, but I'm bummed you won't be at The Motor City con this year...its the first con I'm going to in 2 or 3 years. Probably the last time I saw you two as well. Too bad since your closer than ever.

Yeah, but ACen is just a flat-out better show. We have to think of this in terms of financially supporting our career, and it was more worthwhile to drive 5 hours away to Chicago for ACen than ~40 minutes to Motor City.

Did you have a good time, at least? How was the show?

Better than the last time I was there. I went Sunday which, like 3 years ago, is the only day of the weekend I'm not busy. It was hip, first time I've ever met Ethan Van Sciver which was dope. Brent and I used to avidly read Cyber Frog, so he was our reason for being there. But then Eric Roberts was there, and so was Marilyn Ghigliotti, Dante's girlfriend from Clerks. They were so cool to meet. There was an artist with a great style named Andy Price, he was really nice and I loved his work.

All in all, it was a good time. How was Chicago?
