Commission for C2E2 2012; Copic marker, ink, white paint pen.

When asked to do a Yoda, I knew I wanted to do something from the classic trilogy. Largely because the prequels ruined him so much with all that dumb lightsaber flippy-flippy nonsense. But what to do? There's the quiet, wise, introspective Jedi Master; the hopeful yet distant sage...

And then there's "MINE!!! Or I will help you not!" I think we all know which direction I went.

As a side note, when adding the paint for the glow of the light, the paint pen suddenly gushed on me really badly and a streak of white paint went running off the page. I covered it up some, but it wouldn't all go away. However, when dried it kind of gives the appearance of a movement-trail in the light. Happy accident!
