Though virtually all my time has been stolen by the needs of drawing, writing and coloring The Uniques [link] I'm still scratching together some time for commission work here and there, though I'm insanely slow these days.
I met a chap at a convention who was such a fan of my quickie-paints of Green Lanterns Ch'  and G'nort that he suggested a series of all the Super Pets. He got excited enough about the idea to commission me to start doing them up, and the first li'l guy on the drawing block was Hoppy the Marvel Bunny.In the comics, Hoppy was much more Bugs Bunny-esque and cartoony, but as with my Ch' I thought it would be more interesting (and much cuter) if he was an ACTUAL bunny with the powers of the Wizard Shazam! Maybe I'm crazy, though... |
