Another fantasy OC commission, and this time it was particularly fun to work with. There was a lot of detail in this one, from the embroidery and jewelry of the costume to the smoking eyes and ruffles, but it was such a neat concept and so visually striking that I still had a lot of fun working with it.

It's very well done. I kinda thought it was a Rennaissance era version of the Riddler when I first saw it.
