A commission I recently got, this was completely "out there." I mean, never in my life did I imagine I'd be drawing something like this: a collection of the greatest geniuses in the history of cartoons, all brought together to decide the fate of the world in secret! How fun is that?
The Cast (Clockwise from top center): Daria Morgendorffer (Daria), Susan and Mary Test (Johnny Test), Velma Dinkley (Scooby Doo), Dexter (Dexter's Laboratory), Edd (Ed, Edd, n' Eddy), Nigel Uno (Codename: Kids Next Door), and Jimmy Neutron.
Their ages were all adjusted to put them at around the same maturity level, give or take. Some grew up well, others not so much. I like the idea that Dexter never gets very tall - he maxes out at maybe 5'2 or something, and is forever Napoleonic about it.
Sir honestly from one graphic artist to another I think you should eloborate on this awesome idea of yours. Like that graphic novel "fable". I truthfully think you should make this a comic.
I imagine it would be more like a council where everybody has their own specialties and decisions are made mostly by consensus. Picking a leader at that table of Type-A personalities would be impossible.
This is a cool concept! I really like what ya did with the designs! I never thought Nigel could like a bad ass. But here I am very much corrected!

One of my Rules going into this was that I had to make everybody look awesome, no matter what I thought of the character or the show they were attached to. I was given the character list by the guy who commissioned it, and I set out to make each one look like they could be really cool in their own right.
